THE Lamb Hotel won the supplementary cup in the Joseph Holts Eccles Log-End League, beating the Bull's Head by the odd game in seven.

Least darts in the completed Eccles CMBU League was an outstanding nine-dart log-end slip-up from Kevin Smith of the second division Hare and Hounds. The best chuck in the first division, an 11-darter on the Manchester board, came from Pete Doyle from champion side Brown Cow A.

The Star went joint second in the Regent Darts League after they beat the Royal Oak 4-3, while Pendleton Legion A lost 5-2 to the club's B team. Leaders Union enjoyed a 6-1 win against Hyde Park Corner.

The Salford Regent League, Salford VIP League and Eccles Victuallers' League will play in a charity round-robin Inter-League tournament on Thursday, May 13 at Pendleton Legion for the John Patton Memorial Cup. Entry is £1.

In the Swinton 501 League, Andy Watson threw a 16-darter in Staff of Life B team's 6-3 victory over the Lord Nelson. Moorside's Paul Hutchins struck a 131 check-out but his side lost to Swinton Con Club A whose Mark Brabiner and Tony Cusick both hit 180s.

Swinton Ladies beat Milnrow 5-3 in the Lancashire GMC Super League to give themselves a chance of finishing third.
