TWO of Salford's top boxers will be in the spotlight at the MEN Arena this Saturday during a Red Hot Night in Manchester.

Mike Brodie and Jamie Moore top the bill, and both know the outcome of their respective bouts will have a massive impact on their future careers.

Brodie (34-1) meets Korean Injun Chi (27-2) for the WBC Featherweight title, recently vacated by Mexican Erik Morales in the night's top-billed fight.

Brodie's manager Jack Trickett described the fight as "the biggest he has ever had," but said the 29-year-old is more than up for the challenge.

He told Advertiser Sport: "Mike is in terrific shape. Injun Chi is very tough, he doesn't stop coming forward. But it's Mike's last big chance, and he knows that. It's make or break, do or die, however you want to say it - he's got to win. Mike is at the pinnacle of his boxing career. I rate him as highly as Spinks."

Southpaw Moore (17-1) captured the British and Commonwealth Junior Light Middleweight crown last April with a stupendous performance against Michael Jones in Liverpool. But this time he faces vastly-experienced Londoner Gary Logan (33-7-1), who has faced some of the biggest names in the division over a 40-fight career.
