New boxing stars on show at Irlam

IRLAM Amateur Boxing Club are holding their latest showcase of talent on Friday, April 18.
Doors open at 6pm with boxing commencing at 7.15pm with food and a licensed bar.
The club are currently on the look out for new coaches to help with the development of the enthusiastic junior boxers.
Trainer Garry Booth said: "We have a fantastic set of young boxers aged from five to 16, but we urgently need help to keep the junior section progressing. You don't have to have a boxing background, more importantly is a willingness to learn and pass on those skills to the youngsters at the club."
