TINA Leather has become the neighbour from hell - and her neighbours couldn't be more happy about it.
The fun-loving mum of four has transformed her front garden in Cheadle Avenue, Kersal into a Halloween nightmare, complete with terrible tombstones, ghastly ghouls and skinny skeletons.
Tina, 41, said: "This is the second year running I've done this and the response from neighbours and even passers-by is terrific.
"I've had people taking photographs and stopping in their cars to comment.
"One woman motorist stopped her car to say: ‘Brilliant, you've done it again.’
"It sort of brings the neighbourhood together and the children, particularly, love it. Okay, some are a bit scared, but in a nice way."
Tina has spent the last year creating the living dead from papier mache, and tombstones, complete with joke names on them, such as ‘Helen Back’, and skeletons rising from their not-so-last resting places.
She's even roped in her four children, twins Dean and Selina, 20, Kade, 17, and Sheldon, 10 to help her.
Youngest son Sheldon has even sacrificed the costume he wore for last year's Halloween celebrations at his school to one of the models.
It took Tina less than three hours to set up the spooky scene for the Advertiser's photographer but, unfortunately, she had to disassemble her creation in less than half that time when the bad weather set in.
But she promises it will be back up and running come hell or high water tomorrow, on Friday for a one-night only Halloween special.
