after reading this story i would like to comment on this myself because i had the baliffs at my own door through someone else using my name to get away with out payin there tram fare which the name had given was my old name but from 2000 or 2001 i had my surname changed by deed poll. 21st of decemeber 2006 i had a knock on the door from drakes baliffs demanding £370 there and then other wise he would be forsed to come in to my home for my things . i did explain to the baliff if i used my old surname i would be taken to court for fraud but the baliff refused to accept any sort of proof to say i wasnt using my old surname . so i phoned my grandmother to borrow me £370 to pay the baliff which now have sent me another letter in the last few days demanding another £120 from me so i please would like to know any infomation would be gladly accepted to have my £370 refunded to me
