THEATRE: Charley’s Aunt, Fletcher Moss Gardens, from Thursday 14 Aug

FANS of open-air theatre are in for a treat next week when Heartbreak Productions performs in Manchester.
It’s staging that popular classic Charley’s Aunt at Fletcher Moss Gardens, Didsbury, from Thursday to Sunday, with a choice of times – 3pm and 7.30pm – on the Saturday and at 6.30pm on the Sunday.
Charley’s Aunt is a farce in three acts, written by Brandon Thomas, with all the fun of mistaken identity, flirting, long-lost relatives and outrageous comedy.
Heartbreak Productions is a regular visitors to Greater Manchester and has won many fans with its exciting and innovative theatre. It specialises in audience interaction and, with this in mind, is holding its own national photographic competition for pictures in conjunction with Jessops.
Anyone can take a picture of the production, the audience, the weather or the surroundings to send in before September 14. For tickets ring 0161 236 7100.
